Key Responsibilities For BIM Coordinator.

· Develop, manage, and coordinate Building Information Models (BIM) for infrastructure and building projects.

· Ensure BIM standards, processes, and protocols are implemented and maintained across all projects.

· Collaborate with design teams to integrate architectural, structural, and MEP models for design coordination and clash detection.

· Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.

· Provide BIM training, support, and technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth information exchange and project delivery.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

· Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.

· Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related tools.

· Strong understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192) and model management workflows.

· Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
