Role Description

The Senior BIM Coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective BIM coordination and integration across multidisciplinary projects. Key tasks include managing BIM processes, coordinating MEP and architectural models, and supporting project teams to achieve successful deliverables. This is a contract, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, requiring hands-on collaboration and active involvement with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Knowledge and experience in Architecture and MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing)
  • Project Management skills to oversee and manage BIM-related tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with BIM tools and software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to engage with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in large-scale projects or familiarity with international BIM standards is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
