We're looking for an experienced Media Buyer with hands-on expertise in digital campaign management across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate has prior agency experience in Qatar or the GCC and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Set up targeting, ad groups, and bidding structures to maximize performance.
  • Create and test ad copy, visuals, and formats (static, video, carousel).
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing for CPL, CTR, ROAS, and other KPIs.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce impactful ad content.
  • Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer in a marketing agency (Qatar or GCC).
  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPL, CPM, CTR, ROAS).
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, A/B testing, and remarketing techniques.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the GCC region.
  • Strong background in managing diverse campaigns for agency clients.
