Civil Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works related to maintenance projects.
  • Analyze project requirements, drawings, specifications, and client inquiries.
  • Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, material take-offs, and pricing sheets.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and cost comparison.
  • Assist the maintenance team with technical evaluations and project planning.
  • Support in preparing tender documentation and project proposals.
  • Ensure estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.
  • Participate in site visits to assess existing conditions and validate scope.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil estimation, preferably in maintenance or fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar construction standards and civil maintenance activities.
  • Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Transferable visa preferred.
