Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Architect, located in Doha, Qatar. The Site Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design and ensuring its successful implementation on construction projects. The responsibilities include developing and reviewing architectural plans, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, as well as ensuring the integration of architectural elements with other project components. The Site Architect will also manage project timelines, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and troubleshoot any challenges that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of building codes and construction principles
  • Experience in Software Development and Integration for project design and planning tools
  • Proven skills in Project Management, including the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and interdisciplinary coordination
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Advanced technical drawing and design skills using relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field
  • Previous experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and in a dynamic on-site environment
