Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Officer, based in Barwa City, Qatar. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing processes, negotiating terms, generating purchase orders, and maintaining procurement records. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services to support school operations. The Procurement Officer will also analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Procurement and Purchasing to ensure cost-effective acquisition of goods and services
  • Skills in managing events & conferences etc.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in educational or similar industries is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with Driving License.
