Project Admin / Document Controller
Job Description:
- Manage and control project documentation, ensuring accurate records and easy retrieval.
- Prepare, format, and maintain project reports, correspondence, and other documents.
- Support the project team with administrative tasks, meeting arrangements, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with company and client document control procedures.
- Liaise with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for documentation requirements.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years in a similar role
- Preferably in Oil & Gas / Marine industry
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in supporting multi-disciplinary project teams.
