Job description:

Tromboo Tech (Super Fitout) is looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Specialist who will join our growing team. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing marketing campaigns that promote our interior design and fitout marketplace. The work includes both field work as well as digital marketing related to fitout companies. Candidate should have an experience of atleast 2 years in these fields.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across offline(Field work) and digital channels.
  • Conduct field marketing, direct outreach, and in-person interactions with potential clients, businesses, and partners.
  • Create engaging content in Arabic and English for social media, email campaigns, and website.
  • Manage social media accounts and online presence to increase brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with the design and business development teams to align marketing activities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports.
  • Support in organizing promotional events and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Atleast 2 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in fitout, interior design, or construction companies.
  • At least Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in digital and social media.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Creativity and ability to generate engaging content.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Qatar driving license required.

Employment Terms

  • Probation period: 3 months
