About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Technician to join our Facility Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Diagnose faults, troubleshoot problems, and carry out timely repairs to ensure system efficiency and safety.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedules and ensure all service records are properly updated.
  • Support in installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP equipment and systems.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance calls and emergencies.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures at all times.
  • Report maintenance issues and suggest improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Technician, preferably in a facility management or maintenance environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical panels, lighting, pumps, and plumbing systems.
  • Good knowledge of safety standards and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
