The Maintenance Engineer must follow the direction of his / her immediate Supervisor and operate in accordance with the Company Policy.

  • Ensure maximum utilization of manpower
  • Daily job scheduling and monitoring
  • Plan for Shift schedules and inform concern departments
  • Monitor and plan consumable spares
  • Monitor and control manpower utilization
  • Monitor and ensure the break downs are attended / completed
  • Raise Purchase Requests and follow up
  • Attend technical problems and guide the team
  • Ensure discipline and adherence to ISO, HSE procedures
  • Monitor HSE – address and close the HSE observation points and further improvement
  • Monitor the skill level of the team members and raise the training needs
  • Monitor executions of services as Annual Maintenance Contracts, wherever applicable
  • Check and improve the skill level by continuous monitoring and guidance

In addition to the above the Employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by his/her Manager.

Note: Employee to be trained in Abu Dhabi for a few months before deploying to Qatar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR7, QAR9,000.00 per month
