Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Specialist located in Doha, Qatar. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, managing software and hardware installations, ensuring cybersecurity measures are up-to-date, and providing technical support to staff. Daily tasks include network management, system updates, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with Network Management, IT Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity
• Technical support skills including Troubleshooting and Problem-solving
• Proficiency in Software and Hardware Installations and Updates
• Knowledge of IT Policies, Procedures, and Compliance Standards
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
