• Supervise all logistics activities including but not limited to the schedules and hours of service of equipment and driver/operator.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.


• Prepare preventive maintenance schedule of equipment to minimize downtime and keep the fleet operational.


• Implement and monitor available fleet management systems to track vehicle location, usage, and fuel consumption.


• Prepare reports on fleet performance with regards to costs, fuel efficiency, and maintenance as a minimum.


• Address and resolve issues such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and any driver/operator related claims.

Desired Candidate Profile


• Graduate – Minimum of Diploma in Logistics


• Min years' Gulf Experience


• With good communication skills


• With Qatar LTV License


• Speaking/Writing English & Urdu/Hindi
