Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, uae for a MEP Project Manager at For a reputed firm.. The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing project budgets, preparing and reviewing submittals, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) skills including knowledge of plumbing systems
  • Experience in Project Management and Budgeting
  • Ability to prepare, review, and manage submittals
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Relevant certifications and prior experience in the construction industry are beneficial
