We are seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to join our team as the Senior Product Manager / Head of Product with a specialized focus on AI enhancement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at driving product innovation, and possess a deep understanding of the fintech landscape. This role requires a leader who can translate their vision into actionable strategies, ensuring the continuous improvement and evolution of our product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Drive the roadmap for AI-driven enhancements, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.

  4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  6. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture, encouraging the team to experiment and push the boundaries of product development.

  7. AI Integration and Innovation:

  8. Identify opportunities to integrate AI technologies into existing products and propose new AI-driven product concepts.

  9. Stay abreast of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and market trends to drive continuous innovation.

  10. Product Lifecycle Management:

  11. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality products.

  12. Collaborate with development teams to prioritize features, define requirements, and manage releases.

  13. Market Research and Customer Insights:

  14. Conduct market research to identify gaps and opportunities in the fintech space.

  15. Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to make informed decisions and enhance product features.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a fintech or technology-driven environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in the financial industry.

  • Demonstrated success in driving product innovation and achieving business objectives.
