As IHG Hotels & Resorts continues its strategic growth in Qatar, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Revenue Manager to drive the Revenue Management in optimizing pricing strategies, forecasting demand, and maximizing overall revenue.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize room revenue and profitability
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting and budgeting activities
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
  • Monitor and update rates across all distribution channels
  • Prepare revenue reports, performance analyses, and recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Support inventory management and availability controls
  • Ensure accuracy of data within revenue management systems

What we need from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Management or a related role within hospitality
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and revenue management systems
  • Good understanding of KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
