Job Title: Tech Lead – Mobile App Development

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Technology / Product Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and visionary Tech Lead to lead our mobile app development team. You will drive the technical direction, architecture, and quality of our Android and iOS apps, ensuring world-class user experiences and scalable, maintainable codebases. As a Tech Lead, you'll balance leadership and mentorship with deep technical expertise, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Own the technical architecture and development standards for mobile applications.
  • Guide the team in adopting best practices in performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous delivery processes.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging mobile technologies where relevant.
  • Ensure high-quality releases by establishing robust testing and deployment
  • pipelines.
    Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional mobile development experience (React Native).
  • 2+ years in technical leadership or team lead role.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns (MVC, MVVM,
  • etc.), and APIs.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD, version control, and testing frameworks.

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to lead by example and inspire engineering excellence.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Prior experience launching apps at scale with significant user bases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Firebase, AWS, Azure).
  • UI/UX sensibility and collaboration experience with designers.
