Sales and Marketing Assistant - Events (Bilingual Arabic/English)

We are a dynamic and growing events company seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our team in driving business growth and delivering exceptional events. If you are passionate about the events industry, possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for corporate and private clients.

* Client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries (phone, email, and in-person) and qualify sales leads.

* Marketing Execution: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media management, email newsletters, and content creation (in both Arabic and English).

* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and event trends in the Qatar market.

* Event Administration: Manage the sales pipeline and CRM database, ensuring all client and event details are accurately recorded and updated.

* Event Day Assistance: Provide administrative and on-site support during key events as needed, ensuring smooth execution.

Required Qualifications

* Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related administrative role, preferably within the events, hospitality, or media industries.

* Languages: Fluency (written and spoken) in both Arabic and English is mandatory.

* Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software and social media platforms.

* Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

* License: Valid Qatar Driving License is essential.
