Job Title: Cash Van SalesmanDepartment: Sales & DistributionReporting to: Cash Van Supervisor / Field Sales ManagerJob Purpose:

To carry out direct sales to retail customers using a cash van, ensuring product availability, prompt cash collection, and adherence to the assigned route plan and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load products into the cash van and verify quantities and invoices before departure.
  • Visit customers as per the daily route plan.
  • Conduct direct sales and collect payments in cash.
  • Ensure accurate daily reconciliation of cash and stock.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle and report any maintenance needs.
  • Prepare daily reports (sales, collections, returns, and stock).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Comply with company policies, pricing, and sales procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • At least 2 years of experience in field sales or cash van sales.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driving license (light or medium vehicle, depending on van type).
  • High level of honesty, responsibility, and accuracy in handling cash and documents.
