Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Maintenance Supervisor, fully experienced with the glass processing machines Lisec and Uniglass located in Industrial area Doha, Qatar with maintenance flexibility. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring equipment functionality, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies for the power generator and glass machines Daily tasks include supervising with maintenance staff, performing glass accessories and equipment repairs, changing of spare parts, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining records. The role involves coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage a maintenance team effectively
  • Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills
  • Repair and replacement of spare parts.
  • Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in glass and aluminium fabrication industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant technical certification in a related field
