A well-established and reputable Fried Chicken restaurant, Mashhoor Fried Chicken, is currently seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join its Central Kitchen, Back of House (BOH), and Front of House (FOH) teams in Doha.

Available Positions:

-Kitchen Preparation Staff

-Chicken Cutting, Fillet Cutting & Marination Staff

-Back of House (BOH) Kitchen Staff

-Kitchen Assistant

-Front of House (FOH) Staff

-Cashier

Key Responsibilities:

-Execute food preparation activities in accordance with company recipes, operational procedures, and quality standards.

-Perform chicken cutting, fillet cutting, preparation, and marination processes efficiently and accurately.

-Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.

-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment across kitchen and service areas.

-Support daily operations to meet production targets and service requirements.

-Deliver professional and courteous customer service for FOH roles.

Qualifications & Requirements:

-Prior experience in restaurant kitchens, central kitchens, or customer service roles is required.

-Experience in Fried Chicken concepts is highly preferred.

-Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

-Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

-Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
