We are currently hiring a Foreman with a strong background in managing Hotel, Buildngs, commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Qatar & GCC. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and project specifications.
  • Manage and control labor force and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
  • Monitor work progress, report any delays or issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
  • Ensure proper usage of materials and prevent wastage.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate execution on-site.
  • Maintain safety and quality standards at all times.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and communicate with the engineering team.
  • Assist in planning work schedules and allocating resources effectively.
  • Ensure tools, machinery, and materials are available and used correctly.
  • Coordinate inspections and assist in resolving site issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of construction experience in Qatar
  • Strong experience in Hotel, commercial building projects.
  • Ability to manage site labor and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Valid QID is mandatory.
  • Full pkg will be 4,000 to 5,000
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
