Responsibilities

  • Key role on the Material Management Improvement in between the Head office, Warehouse and Offshore

  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting on Maintenance material status at all stages through the process flow(s). Utilising SAP / PALM as the central database.

  • Responsible to create processes and procedures to support Maintenance material management and drive continuous improvement.

  • Warehouse, offshore and onshore organisation and external vendors.

  • Working time to be split between Head Office and Warehouse

  • Off Shore visits will be required for the serenity of process

Profile

  • Industry recognized technical qualifications / Diploma supported by industry experience (offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities).

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience working in the oil and gas industry in a similar role to the Warehouse / Logistics environment.

  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplined and multi-cultural environment.

  • Solid experience in computerised maintenance management tools (SAP / PALM) with excellent PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).

  • An understanding on the usage of the planning and scheduling tool Primavera

  • Understanding and application of industry process safety guidelines and procedures.

  • Solid knowledge on equipment maintenance & material management processes.

  • Versatile, self-starter, resilient and able to interact effectively with different departments, peers and Senior Management on a daily basis.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Fluent in English (listening, writing and speaking) and its technical vocabulary.
