Role & responsibilities

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Aluminium & Glazing (faade) industry.

Prepare, review and submit Pre-qualification, material submittals, method statements, and related project technical submission documents.

Coordinate with the project team, design/estimation team, purchase team, suppliers, contractors/consultants/clients for technical submissions.

Maintain and control all project documentation incoming and outgoing correspondence, transmittals and drawings.

Track document status and follow up for approvals and comments.

Support the project team in updating logs for RFI, NCR, MIR, and other site-related records.

Assist in project handover documentation (O&M manuals, warranties, etc.).

Preferred candidate profile

DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

PWA/ ASHGAL/ QATAR CONSTRUCTIONS STANDARD (QCS)/ PROJECT SUBMITTIAL FORMATS.

PROVEN EXPERIEWNCE INTECHNICAL SUBMISSION AND DOCUMENT CONTROL.

MS OFFICE / AUTOCAD / ADOBE / MS OFFICE

COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ARABIC AND ENGLISH.

DETAIL ORIENTED, ORGANIZED, CAPABLE OF HANDLING MULTIPLE SUBMISSIONS.
