Position Overview

We are looking for a Front Desk & Receptionist who will:

  • serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors;
  • manage front-desk responsibilities and inquiries (walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, email);
  • assist with student registration, scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic documentation;
  • coordinate with academic and administrative teams to support smooth daily operations;
  • provide courteous and professional customer service to students and parents;
  • support internal coordination between academic, admin, and operations teams;
  • assist with basic outreach or centre activities when required.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Customer Service

  • Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors upon arrival.
  • Answer phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries regarding programs, courses, and schedules.
  • Provide accurate information on course offerings, registration procedures, fees, and timetables.
  • Manage student check-ins, appointments, and daily front-desk coordination.

Administrative & Back-End Support

  • Maintain and update student records, registration forms, attendance logs, and related documentation.
  • Assist with class scheduling, room allocation, and coordination with tutors.
  • Support routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth centre operations.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems with high data accuracy.

Student & Parent Support

  • Offer ongoing support to students and parents by responding to queries and guiding them on schedules and academic processes.
  • Follow up with students regarding class timings, materials, and important updates.

Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with academic and administrative staff to ensure timely and efficient class delivery.
  • Assist in organizing internal meetings, classes, and centre activities when required.

Support Outreach & Events

  • Assist with in-centre promotions, open houses, or information sessions.
  • Help prepare basic materials for outreach or awareness activities and support marketing efforts if needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in front-desk, receptionist, or administrative roles — preferably in an educational or service-oriented environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with students, parents, tutors, and staff.
  • Comfortable using basic computer applications; familiarity with CRM or student-management systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced educational setting.
