We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Commercial Modelling Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. The role involves building and maintaining financial and commercial models, analyzing business performance, and providing insights to drive profitability and efficiency. Strong financial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and experience in corporate finance or consulting are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial and commercial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and performance analysis.
  • Prepare detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, including revenue, cost, and profitability metrics.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and commercial analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, sales, and management) to gather data and validate assumptions.
  • Produce clear, concise reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all models and financial reports.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and trends impacting financial performance and recommend actionable solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master's or professional certifications like CFA/CPA is a plus).
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, commercial modelling, or corporate finance.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial functions.
  • Experience with financial planning software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred.
