Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager, based in Doha. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, analyzing industry trends, and collaborating with department heads to meet staffing needs. The candidate will ensure compliance with hiring policies and foster relationships to enhance employer branding and talent pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in talent sourcing, recruitment strategies, and networking
  • Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
  • Expertise in onboarding processes and recruitment compliance
  • Effective communication, relationship management, and collaboration skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR-related technologies
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in recruitment or human resources within a multicultural organization is advantageous
