Business Development Executive

TCT Qatar is seeking a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to support growth of its ICT System Integration business. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, proposal support, and closing small to mid-size ICT deals under the guidance of senior sales and BU leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new ICT business opportunities
- Support sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
- Promote ICT solutions including infrastructure, ELV, networking, cloud, and managed services
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for proposals and BOQs
- Follow up on quotations, client meetings, and approvals
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and pipeline tracking
- Support invoicing follow-ups and collections
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or Engineering
- 2–3 years' experience in ICT sales or business development in Qatar
- Basic understanding of ICT system integration solutions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Qatar driving license preferred
