TCT Qatar is seeking a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to support growth of its ICT System Integration business. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, proposal support, and closing small to mid-size ICT deals under the guidance of senior sales and BU leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify new ICT business opportunities
  • Support sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
  • Promote ICT solutions including infrastructure, ELV, networking, cloud, and managed services
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for proposals and BOQs
  • Follow up on quotations, client meetings, and approvals
  • Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and pipeline tracking
  • Support invoicing follow-ups and collections

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or Engineering
  • 2–3 years' experience in ICT sales or business development in Qatar
  • Basic understanding of ICT system integration solutions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Qatar driving license preferred
