Sustainergy is seeking a highly motivated
Integrity / Process Safety Engineer
to join our team in Qatar. This role is ideal for professionals with strong backgrounds in risk management, asset integrity, and process safety who are eager to contribute to world-class energy sector projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct process safety assessments, HAZID/HAZOP, and risk studies to ensure compliance with international safety standards.
  • Support development and implementation of integrity management systems for critical oil & gas assets.
  • Perform audits, gap assessments, and safety culture reviews to identify and mitigate operational risks.
  • Provide technical input on incident investigations and safety performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with client teams to ensure projects meet both regulatory and operational excellence standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Process, or related discipline).
  • 5+ years' experience in process safety, asset integrity, or related fields within the oil & gas sector.
  • Strong knowledge of safety management systems, integrity frameworks, and international codes/standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Candidates with a track record of working on consulting, audit, or advisory assignments in energy industries are especially encouraged to apply.
