Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage GramLean's digital presence and marketing activities. The role will focus on content creation, social media management, brand growth, and customer engagement, while working closely with the Owner and Restaurant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow GramLean's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and others)
  • Plan and publish daily/weekly content (posts, stories, reels, videos)
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone aligned with a healthy lifestyle
  • Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries professionally

Content Creation

  • Create high-quality content (food photography, short videos, captions)
  • Coordinate shoots inside the restaurant and with prepared meals
  • Work with the team to highlight menu items, meal plans, and promotions

Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for launches, offers, and subscriptions
  • Support influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
  • Assist in paid advertising campaigns (Meta ads preferred)

Brand Growth & Analytics

  • Monitor engagement, reach, and growth metrics
  • Provide basic performance reports and insights
  • Suggest creative ideas to increase orders and subscriptions

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably in food, fitness, or wellness industries
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital trends
  • Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads)
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
