Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Social Media Personnel to join our team on-site in Doha, Qatar. The role involves creating engaging social media content, managing social media platforms, devising innovative digital marketing strategies, and actively engaging with audiences to enhance brand presence. Day-to-day tasks include curating visuals and copy for posts, scheduling campaigns, analyzing social media performance, and collaborating with the broader marketing team to align with overall strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
  • Experience with Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
  • Strong Communication skills for engaging with online audiences and internal teams
  • Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adapt strategies
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social media tools, trends, and platforms
  • Relevant experience in managing corporate or organizational social media accounts preferred
  • Overseeing and responding to customer inquiries across all social media platforms in a timely, professional, and service-oriented manner
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken forms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
