DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for Architectural BIM Modeler in Doha, Qatar

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Architecture or related field.
  • 5–6 years of relevant experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler.
  • Experience working on commercial, residential, or large-scale projects preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong hands-on experience in:

  • Architectural BIM Modeling
  • Clash Coordination
  • Shop Drawing Preparation
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
  • Good understanding of architectural construction detailing and materials.
  • Knowledge of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and coordination processes.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent.
  • Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Architectural BIM models at required LOD using Revit or similar BIM software.
  • Perform clash detection and coordination with structural and MEP disciplines.
  • Prepare and review architectural shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
  • Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, BIM execution plans (BEP), and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to resolve design and constructability issues.
  • Update models and drawings based on design changes, RFIs, and site feedback.
  • Support BIM coordination meetings and assist in resolving clashes.
  • Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and version control.
