We're Hiring: Leasing Consultant/ Agent – Real Estate

Position: Leasing Consultant

Location: Doha, Qatar

What You'll Do:

  • Promote and sell real estate properties.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate property viewings and handle follow-ups.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Follow up with clients after property handover to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle rent collection, contract renewals, and after-sales service.
  • Support clients with documentation and agreements.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to attract potential buyers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing (real estate preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
  • Energetic, confident, and results-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
