Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring a dedicated and experienced Beauty Salon Supervisor for a client in the beauty industry in Qatar. We are seeking a dynamic female candidate of Arab nationality with a proven track record in salon management to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the beauty salon, ensuring a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate the salon team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, client consultations, and treatment recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked salon environment.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Beauty Salon Supervisor or in a similar role is required.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of various beauty treatments and salon services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
