Enterprise Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients across various sectors.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and respond to tenders.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as technical, delivery, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support the sales pipeline.
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with management.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in enterprise account management or IT sales in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, or software solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Arabic is mandatory.
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
- Ability to join immediately.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with government or large enterprise clients.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
