Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in the theme park and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions, support call center operations, and ensure accurate data collection while delivering excellent customer service. Responsible for delivering exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat. This role involves providing accurate product and service information, troubleshooting and resolving issues, escalating complex cases, and maintaining detailed customer records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints
  • Collect, update, and maintain customer data accurately
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication in English and Arabic is a plus
  • Well experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Experience handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Strong data collection and documentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6, QAR7,500.00 per month
