Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist. The position is located in Doha. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, managing sales activities, and delivering training to the sales team. Daily tasks include contacting potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to drive sales
  • Experience in Sales Management and Training
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Doha
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the carpentry industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM and other sales-related software is desirable
