EVS Qatar is expanding, and we're looking for a highly motivated Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily EVS operations and ensure service standards are consistently met
  • Lead, train, and support frontline staff
  • Monitor performance and implement improvements
  • Coordinate schedules and allocate resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and quality standards
  • Handle customer feedback and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Prepare reports and communicate operational updates to management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in service supervision (EVS, hospitality, or facility management preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
  • Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude
