Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and basic cooking of hot food items under the supervision of the chef.
  • Wash, peel, chop, cut, and prepare vegetables, meats, and other ingredients.
  • Ensure all kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, and workstations are clean and sanitized.
  • Support chefs during meal service by bringing ingredients, plating dishes, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
  • Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen organized.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and adhere to the company's grooming standards.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the chef or kitchen supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a catering or hotel kitchen preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and hot environment.
  • Team player with good communication and time management skills.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
  • Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR1, QAR1,500.00 per month
