  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar online sales/digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in managing online marketplaces and vendor coordination (if applicable).
  • Knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of payment gateways, online security, and data protection is an advantage.
  • ** Optional / Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or hospitality industries.Experience managing online advertising budgets and ROI tracking.
