Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager who can lead our online business operations, build strong growth strategies, manage the complete e-commerce cycle, and lead a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate must have strong marketing, technical, and operational knowledge to scale the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow online sales, traffic, and customer engagement.
  • Manage the entire e-commerce operations including product listings, pricing, promotions, logistics, inventory coordination, and customer experience.
  • Lead and supervise the marketing, content, design, and operations teams.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Email, Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Oversee product catalogue creation, content quality, and brand consistency.
  • Monitor analytics and dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.) for performance optimization.
  • Coordinate with development teams for site improvements, UX updates, and technical enhancements.
  • Implement growth strategies, customer retention programs, and performance-based campaigns.
  • Ensure smooth integration with inventory, payment gateways, shipping, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business growth plans.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure business targets are achieved.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager in a recognized e-commerce or retail company.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing, customer acquisition strategies, and analytics.
  • Solid knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO principles, digital ads, performance marketing, and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing team members (marketing, operations, designers, support).
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations (order flow, stock sync, returns, logistics).
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce dashboards, analytics tools, and marketplaces.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
