Are you passionate about heavy machinery and skilled at building strong customer relationships? We are seeking a motivated Heavy Equipment Outdoor Parts Consultant to drive sales, achieve targets, and provide exceptional service to our clients in a fast-paced outdoor parts environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for heavy equipment parts and components
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Identify and acquire new customers, expanding market reach and driving revenue growth
  • Assist customers at the outdoor parts counter with expert product knowledge
  • Provide solutions and recommendations for parts, accessories, and components
  • Coordinate with service and workshop teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of parts
  • Manage stock, inspect incoming deliveries, and maintain an organized outdoor parts area
  • Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and customer data

What we're looking for?

  • 3-5 years experience in heavy equipment or industrial parts sales
  • Strong technical knowledge of machinery and parts (excavators, loaders, cranes, generators, etc.)
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle heavy or bulky parts
  • Proficiency with parts catalog systems, ERP, or dealer management software
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork
