Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager with a strong background in the service industry to oversee daily administrative operations, manage teams, and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end administrative operations
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the administrative team (team handling is mandatory)
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments
- Manage office facilities, vendor relationships, and service contracts
- Handle documentation, records management, and compliance requirements
- Monitor administrative budgets and control costs
- Implement and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Support senior management with reports and operational insights
- Resolve operational issues and ensure service quality standards are met
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in administration, preferably in the service industry
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Malayalam and Hindi (fluency required)
- Working knowledge of MS Office and administrative tools
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure

- Strong people management and coordination skills
- Professional attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: QAR5, QAR6,000.00 per month
