Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager with a strong background in the service industry to oversee daily administrative operations, manage teams, and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end administrative operations
  • Supervise, guide, and motivate the administrative team (team handling is mandatory)
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments
  • Manage office facilities, vendor relationships, and service contracts
  • Handle documentation, records management, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor administrative budgets and control costs
  • Implement and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures
  • Support senior management with reports and operational insights
  • Resolve operational issues and ensure service quality standards are met

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in administration, preferably in the service industry
  • Proven experience in team handling and leadership
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Malayalam and Hindi (fluency required)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and administrative tools
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure

  • Female candidate preferred (subject to applicable labor laws)
  • Strong people management and coordination skills
  • Professional attitude with a problem-solving mindset

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: QAR5, QAR6,000.00 per month
