Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lift vehicles using lifting machines or jacks to remove wheels.
• Dismantle all types of wheels for puncture repair.
• Inspect and repair punctures to ensure tires are reusable.
• Match tire tread depth to ensure uniform wear and tear.
• Perform tire rotation as recommended for balanced handling and extended performance.
• Conduct wheel balancing to ensure smooth operation and increased tire life.
• Check and sort tires based on condition and manufacturing date for reuse, retread, or disposal.
• Record all completed work in the job logbook and job card for maintenance history tracking.
• Work under various environmental conditions, including roadside breakdowns.

Qualifications:

• Education: Basic reading and writing up to primary level.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in tire-related work (manufacturing, retreading, or repair/maintenance).
• Training: Wheel Balancing & Puncture Repair.

• Knowledge:

• Familiarity with different tire sizes and brands for various vehicles.

• Skills:

• Basic English language skills.

• Basic computer skills.
• Work safety awareness.
