SearchPlus HR is thrilled to invite applications for the position of Consultant/Specialist in Family Medicine. We are looking for a passionate healthcare professional who is committed to providing exceptional care and support to patients across all age groups.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of medical conditions while emphasizing preventive care and patient education. You will work within a collaborative team environment, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and a comprehensive approach to their health.

Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations, including taking detailed medical histories and performing physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic illnesses using evidence-based practices.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding health issues, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated care approach.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing medical education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Medical degree with a current license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist in Family Medicine.
  • Completion of a family medicine residency program.
  • A minimum of several years of clinical experience in family medicine or a similar specialty.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with the ability to manage various medical conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying updated with the latest medical practices and guidelines.
