We are seeking a qualified Female Gym Instructor to join our prestigious 5-star luxury recreation facility in Qatar. The role includes leading group fitness classes, delivering personalized training sessions, creating customized workout programs, guiding members on proper exercise techniques, tracking progress, and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. The instructor will also provide basic nutritional guidance and cultivate a motivating atmosphere in line with the high standards of our luxury facility.

Required Certificates:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education
  • Personal Trainer Certification
  • CPR & AED Certification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to each member's goals
  • Track client progress and modify programs as needed
  • Ensure completion of health and medical screening forms before exercise sessions
  • Provide First Aid support when necessary
  • Maintain gym hygiene and safety compliance through daily checklists
  • Adhere to Health & Safety protocols to ensure a secure workout environment
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports, including updates on new members and programs
  • Enforce gym policies consistently
  • Collaborate with other instructors to create comprehensive fitness programs
  • Provide constructive feedback to clients to support their fitness goals
  • Foster a friendly, motivating, and inspiring atmosphere for members

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field (mandatory)
  • Recognized Personal Training Certification (mandatory)
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications (mandatory)
  • 4–5 years of experience in a similar fitness role, preferably within the GCC
  • Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, training methods, and gym equipment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
  • Energetic, confident, and approachable personality with strong client engagement abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high standards
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Priority for candidates locally available in Qatar with a valid visa and QID
