About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lease & Sale Manager to join our team and oversee both leasing and sales operations for residential and/or commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property leasing and sales performance, maximizing occupancy and revenue, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient contract management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leasing & Tenant Acquisition
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract tenants and achieve occupancy targets.
  • Market available properties — including preparing listings, coordinating viewings, conducting presentations, and negotiating lease agreements.
  • Conduct background checks or screening of prospective tenants (credit, references, etc.) when applicable, and ensure lease applications are properly processed. SmartRecruiters+1
  • Handle lease renewals, rent escalations, and lease terminations; manage lease documentation, approvals, and execution. Apartment Career Center+2
  • Property Sales & Client Acquisition
  • Develop and execute sales plans to attract property buyers or investors. Qureos+2en-

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, investors, and relevant stakeholders. en-
  • Market Analysis & Strategy
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on rental and sales market trends, competitor offerings, and demand–supply dynamics. Use insights to set competitive pricing and offer strategies. Apartment Career Center+2
  • Provide recommendations on pricing, promotions, and leasing/sales strategy to senior management.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Maintain databases of leases, sales, tenancy records, and client information. Track key performance indicators (occupancy rates, revenue, sales volume, lead generation, conversion rates). Apartment Career Center+2
  • Prepare periodic reports for management summarizing leasing/sales performance, occupancy/sales rates, market position, and financial projections.
  • Customer Service & Tenant/Client Relations
