PIPING SUPERVISOR

Location: RLIC

Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

Project: LNG Project

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Piping Commissioning Supervisor to join our team for an upcoming LNG project. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in piping systems and hands-on experience in commissioning activities within the oil & gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare pre-commissioning and commissioning plans & procedures for piping, valves, and vessels.
  • Prepare inspection and test plans (ITPs) for piping systems.
  • Arrange and manage required tools, materials, and equipment for testing activities.
  • Execute and supervise piping, valve, and vessel checks & tests.
  • Coordinate effectively with project teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict SHES compliance with company and project standards.
  • Monitor work progress, prepare reports, and maintain all commissioning documentation.
  • Supervise commissioning teams, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments as required.
  • Support vendor specialists during Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and commissioning phases.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in oil & gas plant piping systems (including chemical plants).
  • At least 4 years' experience in piping, valve, and vessel commissioning.
  • Strong knowledge of commissioning documentation, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with relevant local codes & standards.
