Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Understand clients' needs, preferences, and budgets to offer personalized solutions.
  • Property Showings: Lead engaging property viewings, showcasing key features and value.
  • Documentation: Support clients through all necessary paperwork while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Relationship Management: Foster trust and collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Seller Communication: Keep sellers informed about market trends, sale progress, and feedback.
  • Closing the Deal: Guide sellers through every stage of the closing process.
  • New Listings: Continuously bring in new property listings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or salesperson.
  • Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and sales abilities.
  • Professional, pleasant, and trustworthy demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
