Purpose:

Responsible for supporting in-house and vendor applications, ensuring smooth operations and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor software applications, log issues, and analyze problems for resolution.
  • Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and integrate applications.
  • Maintain system documentation, change logs, and operational records.
  • Plan, coordinate, test, and communicate application changes, upgrades, and releases.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to end-users.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex incidents and ensure timely resolution.
  • Take ownership of cross-functional issues and follow through to closure.
  • Participate actively in Change Management processes.
  • Communicate effectively with management, vendors, and users in Arabic and English.
  • Ensure business continuity during application maintenance and updates.

Qualifications:

  • fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in application support or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of application support, troubleshooting, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
