Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Application Specialist with deep expertise in Office 365 and SharePoint environments, combined with strong development capabilities in Power Platform and .NET technologies. This role focuses on administration, development, and migration of SharePoint solutions while leveraging modern AI capabilities and custom development.

 
Key Responsibilities:
SharePoint & Office 365 (Primary Focus):

• Environment Management: Maintain and administer SharePoint Online and on-premises environments
• Permission Management: Design and implement comprehensive permission structures and access controls
• SharePoint Framework Development: Develop custom solutions using SPFx development methodologies
• Microsoft Syntex Implementation: Configure and deploy Microsoft Syntex for AI-powered document classification and information extraction
• Content Management: Implement advanced content management strategies and workflows

 
Migration & Administration:

• Migration Planning: Lead SharePoint migration projects from on-premises to cloud or between environments
• System Administration: Perform administrative tasks, monitoring, and optimization of SharePoint environments
• Governance Implementation: Establish and maintain SharePoint governance policies and best practices

 
Power Platform Development:

• Canvas Applications: Design and develop end-to-end Canvas apps with advanced functionality
• Model-Driven Applications: Create comprehensive model-driven applications with complex business logic
• App Lifecycle Management: Maintain, update, and optimize existing Power Platform applications
• Integration Development: Build seamless integrations between Power Platform and SharePoint environments

 
.NET Backend Development:

• API Development: Design and develop robust REST APIs using .NET technologies
• Web Services: Create and maintain web services for various business applications
• Backend Solutions: Develop scalable backend solutions to support business operations
• System Integration: Build integration layers between different systems and platforms

 
Required Qualifications:
 
Technical Skills:

• Office 365 & SharePoint:
•  4+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and on-premises administration
• SharePoint Development: Proficiency in SPFx, SharePoint development methodologies, and custom solutions
• Microsoft Syntex: Understanding and practical experience with AI-powered content services
• Power Platform: Advanced skills in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) development and maintenance
• .NET Development: Strong background in .NET framework for backend development
• API Development: Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and web services

 
Administrative Skills:

• Permission Management: Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint security and permission structures
• Environment Management: Experience managing both cloud and on-premises SharePoint environments
• Migration Experience: Hands-on experience with SharePoint migration projects (preferred)

 
Development Skills:

• Full-Stack Understanding: Ability to work across frontend (Power Apps) and backend (.NET) development
• Integration Expertise: Strong experience in system integration and data connectivity
• Problem-Solving: Advanced troubleshooting and solution design capabilities

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Migration Expertise: Proven track record in successful SharePoint migration projects
• Microsoft Certifications: Relevant certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform, or .NET development
• AI/ML Understanding: Knowledge of AI model implementation and document intelligence concepts
• DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Database Skills: Understanding of SQL Server, Azure SQL, or other database technologies
